Award Winning Magic from Professor Llusern.

Last night I took part in the North Wales Magic Circle annual Mentalism Competition. In a departure from the usual I produced a Victorian Seance themed magic act and was fortunate enough to come joint first with fellow magician David Baker.

The competition is scored on points in various elements which is why two such different acts end up with the same total and therefore in the lead. David’s a fantastic magician with a very laid back and self deprecating style which is a great contast to my noisy showman. It is a sign of the healthy state of Magic in North Wales that two such varied acts should not only share the same bill but also be able to come joint first (not that I am biased).
